It’s generally some form of fried dough, used it numerous different ingredients to create one flavor exploding dish!

There’s a hole in the wall place in JP Nagar in Bangalore, India called M.A.R Chat. They make something called Paapadd Chaat. It’s one big paapad or poppadum topped with tart raw mango, onions, peanuts, spices and I don’t know what else. It is so frikkin good!!
